About this website
Mookambika.co is an independent visitor guide published by Mookambika Infoline. It is not the official website of Sri Mookambika Temple. Our accommodation booking assistance is for the affiliated property Kairali Residency, Kollur. We do not collect payment for temple guest houses or unrelated private hotels.
Bookings and pricing
Check the stay dates, room type, guest details, applicable taxes and total price before paying. Prices depend on the selected accommodation and dates. An enquiry or payment attempt does not reserve a room. A reservation is confirmed only when availability is secured, payment is verified and a booking reference is issued.
Where a booking continues on Mookambika.co.in, review the booking details and policies displayed there before payment. Provide accurate contact details and use only a payment method you are authorised to use.
Service delivery and shipping
We provide accommodation booking services; no physical products are shipped. The service is delivered at the booked property on the confirmed stay dates. Keep the booking reference issued after confirmation and contact support if payment is debited without confirmation.
Check-in and check-out
At Kairali Residency, check-in starts at 1:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early arrival or late departure requires the property’s confirmation. Guests must present valid government photo identification and follow the property’s rules.
Cancellations and refunds
Confirmed bookings are non-cancellable and non-refundable for guest-initiated cancellations, date changes, early departure or no-show. Payment errors and property-initiated cancellations are covered by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Website information
Temple timings, travel arrangements and third-party services can change. Verify time-sensitive information with the relevant provider. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited.
